Center console lighter

[2010Hemi]

I have a 2010 SLT with captains chairs center console with "laptop" compartment. My lighter which is located in the center dash (not inside the laptop compartment) part part of the main dash panel, will not work. The lighter inside the laptop compartment, center console near the rear passengers all work. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot this?

Check fuses.
