Changing fuel filters on 2018 6.7 diesel

Perhaps this has already been discussed, but the search bar on this forum didn't find anything. I'd like to know how to change the stock fuel filters for the Dodge Ram 2018 6.7 tradesman, and know what brand is recommended? Why are there two filters advertised for sale?

There is two filters in line. The one on the engine and one back by the rear diff mounted to the bed. Rear one is standard spin on type. Front is cartridge type.
