Codes P2509 and P008a

Hello, I have a 2020 2500 with Cummings 6.7.
I’m currently in Mexico after traveling about 1200 miles. Next day after arriving, my truck was making a whirling noise when idle, I press the pedal and it stalled. I tried to turn it back on but it would just turn but not start. I towed it to a garage where I checked the filter and noticed what appears to be paper residue. I changed the fuel filters a few weeks ago. I check for metal debris but didn’t find anything as some people have said the cp4 pump is notorious for failing.
I check codes and gave me P2509 and P008a. I’ll try replacing the filters again to see but I’m curious if someone had the same issue and how did it get resolved?
I’m in the countryside so getting it to a dealer is a pain.

You need to make sure not to use Cheap China knock off junk fuel filters, Ram wants 3 micron nanonet filters to be used for warranty, being your south of the border it may be hard to find them, see if you can find Baldwin fuel filters or even Fleetguard..

I’ll get some new ones put in tomorrow. But I used the oreily/Autozone brand filters as the mopars were out of stock.

Good luck, I hope there filters are 5 micron or smaller, these new fuel systems need max filtering to protect them from small particles found a lot of diesel fuel that is sold in North America...

Not only that, diesel fuel sold down in Mexico is dirtier than ours.
I recall when diesel sold down there had algae in it
