Crossbed toolbox and cargo tie downs?

Has anyone with a cross-bed tool box found a way to add other tie downs for securing cargo in the front part of the bed? Adding tie downs to the box itself? Adding a rail system to the box? Other? Pictures would be appreciated if possible. Thanks.

I have ratchet straps on both hooks under my tool box. Short one on drivers side and full length one on pass side.
I carry a cart for work and use them to tie/hold my cart in place.
