Does anyone else experience a reflection of the gauges on their side window? It is difficult to see out window (just over drivers side mirror) when driving at night. Not sure if it is some models or only some years and/or if anyone has a fix for it. I have '15 sport crew cab. Ill post a pic as soon as i can.

I have a similar problem. After I tinted my windows (15%) I could see my red footwell light reflection on the drivers side window. Kinda sucks but doesn't bother me much

I'm too tall for these issues I think.

make sure the glass is CLEAN, and dim your dash lights. and like kdwaynes1980 brags about being too tall, maybe shift your driving position a little at night.

Not tall enough to brag, but maybe you can raise your seat enough for it to be below the door panel line. If it still allows for a comfortable ride that is.

Im not surprised since it looks like you are running at full brightness or daytime mode.

ive tried adjusting brightness. it will get slightly better, but not much. it still creates a "blind spot" as you cant see through the reflection. im wondering if this is a new issue with the '15 models?

To be honest, I can't say that I've noticed it in my truck. I'm sure it's there, though. I just may have gotten used to it, I guess. I'll have to look the next time I'm in it at night.

OP, I don't have this bad a reflection even with my dash lights on bright. Are your front windows tinted more than stock?

That's what comes to my mind. If additional tint was added to the front window I can see it as causing higher reflection of light.

Tint can definitely cause this problem; especially the less expensive ones (no offense intended).

I had a used car that came with el cheapo limo tint and it was crazy reflective at night - could barely see out of the car.

Stripped that crap off and put some 3M CS (color stable) limo tint on. Way better. Been a fan of 3M CS ever since, even though it's a lot more expensive.

The windows are not tinted. They are factory glass. I was planning to tint them, but now I'm thinking it would make this issue worse.....ggrrrr

Roll down the window? It's summer time.

Wow, that's nothing like I was expecting. Angle really doesn't have anything to do with that. Your instrument cluster seems really bright though. I'll have to take a look at my own windows to see if I notice that at night.

My 12 is the same way I've just gotten use to it. I have 5% on my windows if there really clean it makes it really had. I just roll my window done to see then back up. It seems like the darker it is outside the worse it gets
