Dealer ripoff

I installed the Uconnect module in my 11Express,install took about 20 minutes problem now is dealer wants $100 to program.....for this much I could have bought an aftermarket unit

Did you call a few dealers to see if another place would do it cheaper?

You could always tell the dealership that you found it cheaper and get them to match the price.

when I got my alarm done I went to my local dealer and asked them to program the new keys. $80. WHOA. Called the one 8 miles away.......$40. Done.

i would think only the dealer could do it, but maybe its possible other places

Yeah...the flash for that can't take more than 15 - 20 minutes, tops. That's one heck of a billing rate they got goin' there.

if you plan to add any other accessories I would just wait till you have them installed or ask to see the variable sheet and select all the settings you would like changed and have it all done at once.

no more accessories for now but im still gonna wait,third dealer,down to $80.00 ,so far$ 110,89,80 i guess ill keep trying

I don't either I have been battling with mine since fall and still have issues. I now have my 4th leaking pinion seal and I am convinced it is due to bad u joints messing them up. I will see after the weekend when complete rebuild kit is installed with auburn and new spicer u joints
