Deciding engine block vin

The engine was in an 05 1500. Some question if it is original to the truck or not. Here’s what I have; TNXE6020510945. This is from the block below the passenger side motor mount. Thanks in advance

I don’t know if it’s right but I would think the “05” is the year. Now the question remains if it’s the engine that came with it.

Have fun with this; OEM's stopped stamping/putting VIN's on engines decades ago. You can make an educated guess based on decoding the serial number, but you literally cannot know if that is the original engine to your vehicle.
