Replacing a coolant tube on a Cummins

Cummins 6.7 High Output Turbodiesel
There's a tube that runs behind the motor on my 2012 2500 Diesel, taking coolant out of the Torque Converter cooler and feeding back into the cooling system on the passenger side. Has anyone here replaced that tube? If so, what procedure and tools did you use? In the picture below, the tube I'm talking about is circled in red on the right hand side. My motor is still in the truck though.

It actually takes coolant out, according to the local dealership. Also, I replaced an o-ring on it a few months ago and it definitely had coolant in it.
