This isn't my pic, actually got this pic a few threads down from here lol but anyway! I'm wanting to clean it up, add some red hints to it. Looks exactly like the one in the pic except I have aftermarket stereo that turns red and floor mats and steering wheel cover that are red and black and made for the dodge ram. Any other ways to add some red accents or highlights?
Btw the top of the dash does need replacing. Mine is all cracked

could start off with the radio/hvac bezel. paint it red. could do the vents. the door could always do the interior handles, the window/door lock piece, maybe even the speaker grill that is attached to the door panel, change the color of the a b and c pillars, as well as changing out the headliner fabric. and i know some people like em and some dont, could always illuminate the floor boards by way of hidden leds. just a few ideas.

Hahaha why don't I just blow up can of red spray paint In there? ;p
Definitely don't wanna do all of those but will for sure do a few! Already going to put in LEDs under the dash, thinking about taking apart the vents for the AC things and painting the back slats red. Also was thinking about ordering or having a fabric shop custom make a cover for the center console then ordering custom or finding seat covers in stores to match.
What are a b c pillars?
What kind of paint would I use for the HVAC bezel?

the a b and c pillars are the plastic pieces at the windshield above the dash( A pillar). the upper plastic piece beside the front seats, normally that ugly tan or beige color if it is factory(B pillar). And if you have a quad cab it is the same ugly beige or tan color in the upper portion of the corners of the cab (C pillar)

whatever color you choose to use for the bezel i would suggest to use it for the accents as well. that way everything matches.

I'm on my cell so searching is not as easy but someone already did some red accents in their truck and it looked pretty good. I remember the a/c vents outer rim done in red. They used red plastidip. I have done red in my truck but so far it's been accessories,I haven't actually painted parts. I put in some thick Dickie seat covers (the logo is red), and some really big bright red flour mats. It makes the truck look a little "racier" with the red I think.

Would painting the seatbelts red look good? I don't mean the actual belts or the part that's in the seat but the actual metal and plastic piece that moves. Maybe paint the plastic red with some kind of plasti dip or some other paint for plastics(not sure what would work best) and maybe paint the silver metal piece black if it won't mess up sometime down the road when I have a wreck and it slips because of the paint. Any thoughts?

You're talking about the metal peice that goes into the buckle? I wouldn't paint it. I think it would look kind of tacky. But that's just my opinion.

Brain blast! ;) found a few new ideas! But I need help deciding on what to do! (I do not own any of these pics I found them online)

image-4107335132.jpg

Out of this picture I do like the custom knobs but I like the lettering he has on there! I was thinking about buying lettering like that spraying them flame red and stating "big red". OR

image-2790853844.jpg

Like this guy here has the center of the bezel painted silver, I could paint mine red and still have the lettering but make the lettering black? AND/OR

image-3056410125.jpg

I do kinda like the seats and steering wheel in this but I'm looking at the red frame around the dash gauges right now, would painting that and the center dash be too much red? No offense to anyone out there, I want to make the interior nice and clean but not to thuggish ;p any input good or bad will help!
Oh and I just noticed the red window/door controls!

Maybe? Maybe not?

Maybe? Maybe not?

the subtle accents in the second picture with the silver look good. i think making those subtle accents and painting the window/door control bezels would be a good clean look
