I have a 2020 2500 Limited with the leather dash delamination issue.
I've found a place to buy a replacement dash, but am having a hard time finding any DIY type videos to guide me in the right direction when it comes to the removal/reinstallation.
I'm pretty proficient when it comes to working on my cars and trucks, but pulling this dash out is another animal.
I'm wondering if anyone has used an online subscription service like Alldata DIY, Mitchell1 DIY, Identifix, or similar, that may have some step by step instructions that will help me keep from screwing things up - or maybe know of a Youtube video out there addressing this particular repair process.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

I would try going to the Ram parts dept and ask one of the parts guys if he could print out the directions for removing and installing the dash. I have a parts guy at my dealership that does this for me when I want to tackle a task myself. You never know you might find a friendly guy to get you what you need. I know it’s not a one man job for sure. My dealer did mine under warranty and it only took one day. They had to remove everything in the dash and transplant it to the new dash shell.

My dash delaminated when the truck had 56000 miles. Atlantic Dodge in St Augustine told me it was out of warranty. I paid them to fix. 6 months later it did the same thing. Hanania Had bought out Atlantic and basically told me to go pound sand. I called ram and they told me that all ram products have a two year warranty. They would handle with Hanania. After numerous calls and over 6 months Ram told me if Hanania would not fix there was nothing they could do and they were closing out the case. I told them this was a Ram warranty not the dealer. In so many words they said tough. Talked to an attorney and they said they would take the case and win but there fee would be more that the cost of the repair. Basically I was screwed. They said ram knew it and that is why they wrote the warranty the way they did. I have owned 15 Dodge, Ram, Jeep products and with this kind of service I think I will be moving on to another manufacturer. This is really wrong. I would hope an attorney would start a class action.
