Hello, just stumbled on this thread. Am I correct that this will still allow my remote start to work? Also my model is not push to start (2023 gen 5), though could consider a swap if required. Looks like exactly what I want. thx.

Yes, your OEM remote start will continue to work as it did before.

One problem I see with a momentary push button switch is if you went to dealer, tire shop, etc that needs to work on your truck, you would have to tell them , or have a override so they could take truck into shop, to work on it.

thanks JW2 for the reply. I should've also asked if your "no-splice" kill sw. will work without a push start. Mine has the insert fob-turn like a key ignition.

Yes it works with both push to start and key fob turn to start ignitions.
