Hi everyone happy to be part of these forums, this is my first post so here we go...

I just installed a Volant CAI and t-1000 tuner in my truck today and not extremely happy with my gains.

I programmed it to 87 perf tune (because I had a quarter tank of 87 in already.

Let me know what I can adjust on the tuner so I can feel more power.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums.

If you go to diablo's site, there are some adjustable perameters you can play with in the canned tunes.

Throttle boost comes to mind. It also take a little bit of driving to dial things in, but after about 20 mile to 50 miles you may feel some improvement.

87 Is pretty low on the scale. You might see some, but it's hard to tell. You could also try disconnecting the battery for a couple of hours and try to reset the adaptive learning of your ECM.

Depending where you bought your tuner, you could opt to have a custom tune done by Sean. He's in the vendor section and he is known as Hemifever. He charges a nominal fee, but the tunes you get are specifically for your truck.
