Diode dynamics driving light kit?

Any one running these? I like how they can be mounted in the lower valance, not sure how much better they are than fog lights. Night driving is a bit of a ******* for me, would these help and not blind oncoming traffic?

I realize this is an old thread, but I ordered a set yesterday. They look good. Did you end up getting a set?

Never did, went down the rabbit hole of lowering my truck, took a while and some $$ to get it right. Let me know how you like them, they are still on my list

They are sweet. I like them because they are subtle, almost look stock the way they sit in. I went with the wide light kit, have them pointed down a bit but still light up nicely. I can have them on all the time, never get flashed by oncoming traffic, they are pointing down enough. I recommend these to every Ram owner that doesn't want a full lightbar but wants some light on the road still.

How involved was the wiring. Probably not a plug and play thing.

Fairly plug and play actually, just routing the wires and switch where you want them.

I purchased the driving light ones. I intend to wire them up with my hi-beams. I do alot of driving on country roads . Hopefully they will help me to see the deer.

I bought the Diode Dynamics driving light kit for my 2017 SLT. they look good in the tow hook recess in Chrome bumper.
I however, went the factory look wired route. I'm running the through factory switch and fog light wiring. This required purchasing a extension harness from M3 mods (members here) to make connections to factory harness. It's on an older thread. Now I just have to wait for the New Jersey Monsoon Season to end to finish the install....
