Just bought a 2019 2500, and has power folding mirrors. Do they rotate upward to tow mode that I see on other Rams?

Yes, you can have moose ears as well. (assuming you have "tow" mirrors and not the standard ones). They are not automatic if that is what you are asking, you have to manually flip them out.

They are they same mirrors as the previous 4th gens....

So i have a 2500 Laramie CC with the moose ears, and apparently these are not tow mirrors. They do not turn up. Shockingly, not all 2500 come with tow mirrors.

So you have mirrors that look like these but don't rotate? Never seen or heard of that before.

Picture is of a 1500 but has the tow mirrors, this is the style that you have though?

My husbands 2500 does but my 1500 does not. Depends on the package. Mines the blackout edition so I have upgraded he doesn’t have and vice versa.

Go out, yank from the inside to the outside - pushing upwards. Seriously, did they rotate?

If your mirror looks like this they rotate. Manually. Put one hand on the bottom and one on the top. Inside by the arm. Use the bottom hand to push up. And the top hand to rotate it along. One fluid motion. They are not easy to do. Takes a little persuasion.

Standard mirror looks like thisScreenshot_20210712-210607~2.png

That's really strange they don't rotate up, as others have asked, have you given it some more force? And you're pushing up where this red arrow is on just the outer part of the mirror? Cause those are tow mirrors and I could be wrong but they should definitely rotate up.

Those look like tow mirrors to me, the only picture I saw posted that wasn't was by @mikeru as he was showing specifically the non tow mirror. The one that @Nado posted are tow mirrors.

Mine are tow mirrors. Apparently I was being way to gingerly with them. I got them to flip up. While I dont tow much at all, I have to say I can see alot more with them up. Having the moose ear in a horizontal position makes it so much easier and gives a wider range. I might have to have them up for daily driving.

I see a lot of people around my neck of the woods that have them up all the time. I keep mine down unless I need them.

LOL upon reviewing that, you're totally correct! I seemed to confuse you with @392DevilDog , my mistake! Although it's your fault also for frequently answering questions too :D
