Driver power window skips

When putting the driver's side power window down on 15 1500 CC, it seems the window skips or vibrates at about half way to two thirds down. It happens every time. The window goes down fully and comes back up but I'm wondering if there is a track issue or programming issue. I did a search but couldn't find a thread on this. I thought I read something about it though in the past.

Any experience?

This may sound weird but it worked on a previous vehicle I owned. You can try spraying inside the tracks with a lubricant to see if that works. I used the lil red nozzle you get with some spray lubes and I lightly sprayed inside then I brought the window up and down a few times and it smoothed out for me. Of course you'll have to clean the window afterwards. It was simple and I didn't have to waste time at the dealer

Mine does that every so often it started after I got tint

My front windows are tinted but had them done right away. I'm not sure if it is the cause. My other window doesn't do it.
