Driver seat AC comes on when vehicle starts up

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and a first time Ram owner. Just picked up my 2019 Laramie 1500 5.7 Hemi, 8.4 screen 4 days ago. My problem is that every time I start it up, the driver's side seat ac is on at the lowest of the 3 settings. After I turn it off it stays off but will be back on again the next time I start the vehicle up. This only happens to the driver's side seat. Passenger side is fine. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the automatic climate control settings but I haven't set them up and the switch is off.
I'm hoping someone might have a suggestion. I've found lots of useful info here but nothing on this.

Thanks for the quick response hoe. Like I said in my post, the driver comfort switch is not on, and when I do turn it on it does not turn on the driver seat AC to the lowest setting. That only happens when I start the vehicle or I manually turn it on.

I'm talking about a setting in the radio.
I have an Aftermarket head unit but I remember a setting in there somewhere.

I know I can change it using alfa obd

It should only come on when it is over 80 and the heated seat will come on when it is under 40.
