Dual twin air intake thoughts

Whats everyones thoughts on the dual twin air intakes that are sold on ebay? i know they are cheap but with a family its kind of hard to get anything better then that.

You'd almost be better off building your own IMO. The problem is it will pull in a lot of warm air. If you build your own and get it closer to a fender well you'll be able to get some cooler air in there...JMO though.

They look cool, I don't know if they do any better than a single K&N or others.

You'd almost be better off building your own IMO. The problem is it will pull in a lot of warm air. If you build your own and get it closer to a fender well you'll be able to get some cooler air in there...JMO though.

this, thats a lot of warm air.... more warm air won't work as well as less cold air

You can maybe attempt to buy that and a few single sets and have it routed like HEMI450HP did many moons ago.

Id stick with a single unless its a ram air style.

Can pick up a cheap single ebay kit and just put a better filter on it. The twin setups look cool but dont think it performs as well.

i have been looking at them! I might regret being so cheap down the road a bit but for now i think 1 of the single setups will be ok for now
