Ecodiesel running rough?

I recently had the R59 recall performed on my 2015 RAM Limited Ecodiesel. This is the rear axle shaft replacement for possibly not being heat treated. Since having this done and an oil change I feel as if my truck is not running as smooth as it was before. It seems like there is some resistance and I can feel something like a wind howl under my floorboard. I have taken it in and had it inspected again but they say everything is fine. Also had the tires rotated and balanced back to the original positions to see if it was a tire issue. Anyone else having this issue or know of anything about it? Thanks!
