Can anyone identify these connectors? Both are in side the engine compartment on the passenger inner fender.

Mine is a 98 with a Cummins, so things will vary a bit. The connector you're holding in the second picture looks like the connector on my right inner fender that's in the harness going to horns and lights on the right side. It may be for fog lights, but it'll take a bit more research to know for certain. However, if your truck has fog lights and they work we can rule that out. So far I don't see anything like the other connector in your top and bottom pictures.

Here are a couple of pictures of the connector that I think matches yours. The blue arrow shows the harness where it passes behind one of the horns and joins the rest of the lighting harness right where the horns are sitting.

Thanks for the pictures and feedback. I do have fog lights and they work. I have to do some digging. I'd like to know what they are supposed to be for.

You could try the following link.

It usually shows a graphic version of the associated connectors, but unfortunately, the older trucks don't always have an image.

You will get wiring pinouts and colors though.

Enter the year and model, then type fog, horn or other best guess followed by enter.
