Electrical Issue

I have 2011 3500 Longhorn Laramie Edition with a 6.7l Turbo Diesel and every time I was wash it and spay under the wheel wells the truck will not start after it dries for about thirty minutes and sometimes longer. Anybody experience that problem?

Will the engine even turn over at all after you wash it? Is it doing anything?
