Does the factory not put a manual in the glovebox anymore? Give you one free if you ask, otherwise save a tree?

I got a Quick Start Guide and User's Manual in a nylon bag (and maybe the warranty information). I had to download the radio manuals and Owner's Manual. I read on a forum about getting a free paper copy of the Owner's Manual for the original owner so called and they sent me one at no cost. I wonder how many millions they saved from making people call for their paper copy.

Things seem to change each year. This was my first RAM so had no baseline but others were commenting that their 4th gen info came in a leather pouch with some swag. The dealerships don't help either as it seems some of them don't leave everything in the truck that it's delivered with.

Mine came with one in the box. I also downloaded a copy so I don't have to go out to the truck to look up something anymore.

I got all the manuals for MY 19 when I bought in Aug 2018. But like mothers, I also have D/L on computer.
