Engine off seat retraction

Hey guys n gals. My 2018 Ram 2500 just stopped with seat retraction when I shut off the engine. Also, my fob no longer adjusts to user one (or 2 if the wife unlocks the door). The seat controls work by their respective switches/levers. The box is checked in the engine off app options. It worked. Then it didn't. Anyone know if this is a fuse or module issue? I couldn't find anything to correct this.

At 4 years old it could be the battery going. Failing battery can cause countless gremlins as it weakens.
Same with the fobs if they also have the original battery.
