Why? Is your dealer still giving you static? Was fault found?
Have you talked to Ram/Fiat/Chrysler customer care or just letting dealer **** you around?
Sometimes these dealerships are terrible for getting warranty work done. They want to sell you a vehicle then never see it again. Our local Ram dealer has lost a lot to other dealers because of their terrible service.
Get a lawyer. They have to prove it was oil related and you have receipts.
They have to prove you didnt chage oil to deny warranty. The receipts have dates, mileage written down.
How do they prove mileage when changed at any service center? How do they prove oil was actually changed at a dealer? Do they give you the old oil back? Drain and fill while you watch?
They can't prove anything until the engine is torn down.
Why are you driving it with no oil pressure?

When it happened I shut it off and called tow truck. Three days later they changed the oil and said to pick it up there was no problem.
Second time (the same day I picked it up) I drove it back to them.
Since there was no problem.![]()
Check my link. The FTC advises to contact state attorney general and FTC if you believe dealer or manufacturer is unfairly denying warranty claim
Is this a dealer you have never been to?
