Hello, hope everybody’s doing well. I was hoping somebody can help me out with my ram 1500. It’s a 2017 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. I got a check engine light and traction control light come on at the same time and I couldn’t accelerate past second gear. I ran the code and it came back to a camshaft sensor problem. I changed it out and unplugged the negative terminal of my battery for about 30 minutes. I reconnected everything and cleared the code and all was good for a day.
This morning once again my check engine light and traction control light came on and I couldn’t accelerate pass second gear. I turned off the truck and turned it back on and only the check engine light came on with the same code. The good news is it’s shifting fine now.
