Facebook Marketplace Score!!!

I had been on the fence about putting a cap on my 2500. I had one on my 1500 and enjoyed the security it offered but I was enjoying having the open bed as well. I got on Facebook Marketplace last night to look around and this truck cap popped up, it had only been listed for a minute when I sent a msg asking if they could confirm the color. I got a msg back to call, made the cal and spoke with the gentleman who was selling it and agreed to buy it, for $500 (my last cap cost me $1800).

I'm not sure of the model but it has carpet inside and is in good shape. It's considerably heavier than the ARE cap I had before (both 6.5') and I think it looks better. It has a couple small scratches but other than that I think I made out pretty good.

Damn that's awesome. I was looking for a hard tonneau cover for my RAM when I first bought it but couldn't find anything so I ended up spending $900 for a new one. You are lucky!

I had just got a lomax cover, THEN found a leer cap just like yours, color matched to my truck for 350. My wife talked me out of getting it! I am still pissed about it. I like caps.

He had it on a trailer and helped me get it on the truck. I'd estimate it weighs close to 200lbs? It took everything I had to get it up on there but I have bad shoulders.
