@GTyankee good to know it takes roughly two months for the build. How did you do yours? I want specific things when I get my Challenger. I don't need all of the stuff it tries to make you add on the Dodge website when you build it.

Most Dealerships of a fair size, have 2 or 3 New Vehicle Sales Depts.

There is the Show Room Sales Dept
These are the Sales Team that works on Commission.
They don't have any Authority, they don't know much more than you do & if you ask them a question about pricing or about something like getting a trailer plug installed in the Rams bed,
They don't know the answer & they say, something like ask you if you would like a coffee or ??
They are running to either the Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
They are not authorized to make any deals
That computer that they carry around is the same thing that you can find on that dealerships website.

Another Sales Team, you will not see normally in the Showroom.
They have their own Office & they are part of the Fleet/Internet Sales Team
They are usually Salaried Sales Persons
The computers that they have are plugged into a wall & actually have an Internet Connection
Some of them prefer to work out of office that customers can go into & sit to talk about what they would like the new vehicle to be able to do & then they discuss the vehicles appearance.

Other sales persons that work in the Fleet/Inter net Sales Team, like to talk to customers on the telephone or online & you may never see them, unless you would like to.

The Salesman that i use, is part of the Fleet/Internet Sales Team & he also works for a 3rd Sales Team, it is called the V.I.P. Sales Team

I asked him some questions about getting special equipment installed & while i was in his office, he called some one in the Engineering Dept. up in Michigan to see if what i wanted was available.

Unless you have a friend in the Showroom Sales Dept.
Look to see if they have a Fleet/Internet or V.I.P. Sales Team

By the way, when i walked into the Showroom to ask the Receptionist for the Top Ram truck salesman was, she pointed to the next salesman in line.
When i asked who had internet access, they all lifted up their little worthless computer.

Showroom Sales is a waste of time, if you have done your own research, chances are, you will make them look like the clowns that they are

note:
When i go to buy something, i want to know as much about that product as is available.
If a salesman does not know the product that they are selling, why are they even there.

If you are buying lumber, don't you want to know if that piece of wood is for interior or exterior, what stain, paint, or other covering will work best with it, what type of saw should you use on it, etc.

When i go to buy a vehicle, that salesman better impress me with their knowledge of the product, before i decide to buy

Per Ram Chat dealer ETA June 10-24. That puts it at 9-11 weeks from order to delivery.

As I understand it the window sticker is available after it’s released by the factory for shipping. I certainly hope the window they gave me for ETA is the day it reaches the dealer and not the date it leaves the factory.

Per the dealer in Washington, my truck is currently on a train in Wyoming. Fingers crossed I take delivery next week!

From what I’ve seen on the 5th Gen Rams site, 5-6 months for Canadian orders is pretty much the norm. Think of this as an opportunity to further develop your patience.

Hope it gets here soon. I was excited to trade my 2019 limited in on a 2500 mega cab. Ordered my Truck on April 27 and my truck arrived yesterday and I picked it up today. Upgrading the tires from 285 to 35s tomorrow morning.

I ordered my truck on April 26th it was built a week later. They gave me a delivery date range to the dealer of 5/29-6/12 the truck arrived at the dealer the night of June 8th and I picked it up on 6/9/21

Texted Aydin at Bud Clary in WA, my baby will be at the dealer tomorrow, flying up Saturday to take delivery. 10 1/2 weeks from order to pick up.

Ordered my truck Feb. 5/21, got my vin April 8th but have heard nothing since....I think I'm up to 19 weeks now... And yes I'm in Canada.

I’m in the same boat @Desert Snow. I clicked on the link and got the same message. I ordered a 2022 on July 18, 2021 and was quoted 3-6 months. It’ll be 2 months next Saturday… this is worse than when I was a kid waiting for Christmas.

Order my Rebel in Feb and didn't get until 2 1/2 weeks ago. (I'm in Canada)
Took a long time, but I'm happy with it. couple small issues, dumb user. otherwise so far it's good.

2022 demonstration models should be showing up at the Major Car shows at any time now

Los Angeles Auto Show takes place on November 19th 2021

There may be others before then

I do not think they will be displaying any 2022 Rams at any Dodge Showroom any time soon

When i ordered my 2022 bighorn i was told it's a 8 to 15 week delay. I got the vin # from the dealer about 4 weeks later. Mopar tells me to check with the dealer for updates but i might as well check with the local grocery store for all i get from them. It's into 15 weeks now. I ordered this truck back on July 7th.

Did you ever take delivery of your 2022 Bighorn?
I just ordered a 2022 Limited 3500 Dually.. not expected it untill April of 2022, hope I'm wrong and it shows up early.
