Fender liner headlight access hole

So i forgot to pin the flap back up when changing headlight bulbs. It rubbed on my tire and now there isnt enough left to pin it back up. There is half a hole and it just falls out.

Can I get a replacement access door?

Any suggestions?

I have a roll of Flex Tape that is 12 inches wide and 5 ft long. It also comes in 4 and 8 inch widths. You would not need a roll that wide but if you clean the inner fender around the cover and apply this product, it should hold up. I find cutting the tape with a sharp utility knife over a piece of scrap wood works better than trying to use scissors. I used this tape yesterday to cover 7 holes in my rocker panel that I had to expose in order to install running boards.
