first raceland problem

my key fob (btw i only recieved one, i know people that have gotten 2)
the button to open it works wen it wants to. the small blue light at the top of the key fob, i have to push the **** out of it to get the blue light to tun on and the cut out to open, some times it works and some times the light wont tun on and nothing happens. it closes fine. and i know its not just the light cause you cant hear the audible click in the reciever when the light doesnt illuminate.

I am having the same problem with mine, i have to tap the remote to get the A button to work and i called raceland and they told me to take a video of it malfunctioning and email it to them as well as your mailing address and they will send a new one! be sure to provide the letter on the back of the remote so the frequency is correct. goodluck
