First long distance tow with the Ram. Ran across scales and vehicle is at max all except tow capacity. Trailer weight loaded is 5820 lbs. Truck is at max on cargo, not tow. Rode and handled like a dream. Knew the trailer was there and that's a good thing, would not be good to forget and not leave room to stop. Truck is actually sitting level, photo angle makes it look lower on rear.
Truck is 2014 1500 5.7 with 8 speed and 3.21. Averaged 13.2 MPG with the trailer and have been getting 22-24 MPG's alone on highway. Overall average up to towing has been 18.7 combined.
Good combo, just can't go bigger without truck upgrade. Oh well, only going to live in it 6 months of the year!
