Flasher relay? 2003. 3500 Ram

Have a Lamp Out issue. When the lights are on, and I turn on a blinker, the lamp out light flashes and the door chime dings. Everything works, the blinkers just flash a little bit faster (not like when a bulb is out). We have checked all the bulbs And replaced the bulb strips in the back tail lights.
Any suggestions???

Anyone know where to find the flasher relay? Suppose to be under dash

No, it isn't. Cluster controls that. From the 2003 FSM:
Turn Signal & Hazard Warning Lamp Control
- The EMIC provides electronic turn and hazard lamp request messages to the Front Control Module (FCM) located on the Integrated Power Module (IPM) for turn and hazard lamp control. The EMIC also provides an audible click at one of two rates to emulate normal and bulb out turn or hazard flasher operation based upon electronic lamp outage messages from the FCM, and provides an audible turn signal on chime warning if a turn is signalled continuously for more than about 1.6 kilometers (one mile) and
the vehicle speed remains greater than about twentyfour kilometers-per-hour (fifteen miles-per-hour).

When I had my 2003 the FCM failed twice made the lights do all kinds of funny stuff made the light out message come on. After you check everything else it could very well be your issue its not to expensive and easy to replace.
