Try Rock Auto or the dealer. Your local upholstery shop might be a good place to check with too.

Get the foam and do it your self! Its not hard since i work for a company that makes seats for Toyota. 1 thing you will need that most people dont have is a hog ring gun. But after doing my job for over a year i realize its not as hard as i used to think.

I would like a new one also for my 08, it has leather not sure if the cushion is any different in shape then ones with cloth. It is the left side of the drivers seat that is smashed down from sliding out of the truck I assume.

I am in need of one too and making your own is not the same. It never comes out the same as the OEM one.

it is easy just go to a fabric store and get a piece of 2 in foam and some cheap vinyl and take the seat out and remove the seat cover very easy and remove the spring looking thing put the 2 inch foam in under the original foam and put the vinyl on the foam to keep the spring thing from cutting the foam put back together and will feel like a new seat did this to mine and it worked great costs about 15 dollars for both seats if you need any more help let me know
