I am having an issue with my Ram.

Backstory

One day I go outside and try to unlock the doors with my FOB. Nothing happens I use my key inside the FOB to open door and see if the dash lights up nothing not even cabin lights. Check the battery and it is completely drained on my truck. Battery is only 3 months old. No problem I trickle charge the battery and its is good. I also change batteries on my FOB to brand new batteries just in case. I install the battery and my factory alarms system goes off. My ignition wont recognize my key and says its not programmed. I had to replace my keys 4 times because for some reason they deprogram. I cant for the life of me disable the alarm with my FOB.

Ive read that replacing the WIN Module preprogrammed with a new module could fix the problem. But since my alarm is engaged will this be an issue? I need to turn this alarm system off I live in rural area but I don't want to get this towed to dealer. Any ideas on what could be happening ?

I was able to solve the issue with the FOB. The WIN Module quit working so I replaced it through a shop online called http://www.autotechelectronic.com/. They were knowledgeable and very helpful getting me the module per-programmed and at a reasonable price.
