Fog light adjustment

Can the fogs be adjusted cause drivers side is high and off to the right the other is down on the ground help plz?

They can be adjusted up and down. If I remember right, there is just a white dial knob that you turn right or left to adjust the height up and down.

i quickly crawled under there and cant seem to find this white knob you guys are talking about all i see are three circular things that look like thats what hold the light to the bumper. Am I looking in the wrong spot?

the white *** is in the middle of the light, under it. between those 2 mounts on the bottom
