Mine did NOT come with them. I bought the lights and the correct bezels. Here is my silly question, On your factory installed lights is your adjustment screw (up and down setting) on the top or the bottom of your light? I have bought two different sets of replacement bezels and neither one fit correctly. I was looking on rock auto and the pictures that they show for a 04 set shows every one of them oriented with the screw io top. I have mine mounted with the screw down because that is the way that the lettering on the glass lenses (DOT #@$#@) are. I have them mounted with the factory bezel in place. Its the slotted bezel that came in the bumper that was not equipped with factory lights. They look good like that, kind of factory brush guard look but they shine in the damn trees.
