I have a 2018 3500 crew cab 4x4 that is wired from factory with only headlights, and no other fog/driving/auxiliary lights. I’m currently drawing power for my aftermarket fog lights from one of the clamps at the driver’s side battery, but the switch pendant has a light that is always on when the fogs are de-energized. Would someone please recommend a good place to find a switched power source that will a minimal disturbance to the wiring harness. I would appreciate the advice and TYIA.

ideal keyed power circuit is the target of my request.
Use a meter or test light to determine which fuses turn on with the key and use a fuse tap.

It is relayed and the ideal keyed power circuit is the target of my request.
In that case, I would draw from the cigarette lighter circuit in the car

Use that as your hot to the switch which acts as a signal wire for the relay
