Front Bumper mounts bent from accident ?

2019 Ram 1500 Rebel 5.7L hemi DT body style. Had an accident pretty much everything dead center of my bumper, lower and upper Grille. My hood was fine my front fenders are fine the gaps between the fenders and the hood was fine Hood opened like it always had took off all the parts bought a new front radiator support went to put the new radiator support in and it's hitting on the bumper mounts and the passenger side is really bad I've tried to straighten it with long 5 ft bar and haven't moved it much the only other way I can see to straighten it is to heat them up anybody got any ideas ?
I've got all the new parts to hopefully put it all back together if there isn't any other major issues it's been off the road now since January 30th.

Cut them off make new plates and weld them back on.

It appears that the plastic near the radiator shroud is tweaked above drivers Tow Loop
