I have a 2022 Crew cab that when you go over even small bumps a creaking noise that is loud. I have taken it in to two different places and the said it not the suspension or shocks. They hear it but don’t know where it’s coming from. I took it to a private mechanic that thinks it’s the upper and lower control arm bushings. I greased them and it helped for a few days. Now that it’s a little colder you can here the creaking again.

Dealer say my extended warranty won’t cover creaks and squeaks.

Any suggestions on how to fix it. I love the truck but handle the noise.

Those noises have generally been bad bushings in my experience and mechanic had identified what they think it is. Short of replacement not sure what you can do. EWs only fix broken things, and arguing that bushings are bad is most likely an exercise in futility.

Spray the upper and lower control arm bushings down with some WD40 and see if the noise goes away, only do 1 control arm at a time, that way you can isolate which arm is the one squeaking,if it is a control arm that's making the noise. If that doesn't help with the noise, the next place to spray with WD40 would be the swaybar bushings, and do the same, only spray one bushing at a time.
