FS: LED Bar Brackets for Sport Bumper

Bought these from another member, but decided im not going to keep my truck. Never used, these things are SOLID. Cut from steel. These are made to mount a 42" Curved LED Bar in the lower grill of a sport bumper on a 4th gen. $35 shipped Priority Mail.

Where do they mount to? Will they work with the express bumper?

Yes they will work.with an express bumper, just not a chrome bumper. The mount to existing holes/bolts behind the bumper.
