2017 ram 1500 quad cab st 5.7 hemi 65rfe
4" aev lift
Mevotech ttx upper, lower, and sway bar link
3" rear springs (20% stiffer) from Freedom offroad

3.92 axle swaps front and rear with anti-spin . Now getting better mileage with 35" than with old gears and 33"

18x9 0 offset
HD knuckles wheels(fastco)
285/75r17 Cooper stronghold at tires (excellent traction in snow, mud , and asphalt, with much lower noise than duratracs)

This combination keeps the tires inside the flares and factory mud guards perfectly, and allows decent clearance to inner tire and suspension system

Full swap took 3 days, plus 3 more for alignments, wiring cap, and oil changes (engine, Trans, diffs) transfer to be done next engine oil change.

Note : the alignment was set well within spec without pulling. But the caster does get pushed slightly out of spec, with the kit pushing the lowers 8mm forward it adds to the handling, tracks well, and there is no rubbing anywhere.

Approx 1" rake rear to front (42" front 43" rear. Struts were too high on 3rd setting. Re-adjusted to first setting.
Once the front bumper and winch go on they will be pushed back to 2nd or 3rd setting.
Once the rear bumper/carrier are mounted, a .7"spacer will be added to rear spring'

Kit was purchased in October 2024 , stock shipping took 4 weeks to Toronto.

The kit is well thought out and impressively done. Some hardware was incorrectly shipped. M12 bolts in coarse thread and the nuts in fine thread.

As the diagrams are not completely clear, it was helpful to look at pics and others posts, and the CAD drawing to associate all parts easily.
There were no part numbers on brackets to relate to instructions

The coopers have been better than anticipated. Great price, more aggressive than the discoverer, and withcgoos sipes for the snow. Slight noise, but at highway speed not overly distinctive.
1000km on now and I recommend. Longevity not withstanding.

Welcome to the club! It does ride like a Cadillac after the lift doesn't it?

Some thing noticed with this kit : the rear shocks are much longer, obviously. On the hoist at full droop , the springs actually no longer have tension at all. They have probably 1/2" clearance overall.

3/4" or 1" spacer for lower perch will be purchased I think, or limiting straps ?

If not, please share
To be completely honest I did a RC 4” lift and noticed the tires were wearing on the inside and after taking to a alignment place they put the blame on the shocks and to RCs credit they sent me front and rear shocks.I still am nor sure what happened but am watching to see if it’s safe enough for a replacement set of tires. So just saying if you watch the wear it won’t get to the point of replacement.I got it aligned right after the install then again months later at another Firestone then after seeing the tires I was referred to a alignment place by discount tire. These measurements were done for RC and was accepted.

I appreciate it. Those numbers look decent, my Caster is worse for Sure. I will absolutely keep the eyes on them.
