Dang, wish I would’ve seen this thread before buying my Alpine head unit. I saw @big daddys house youtube video about this unit when I first got my 14 Ram a few months ago. After dead end searches on eBay, I just decided to get the Alpine from Crutchfield and gave up on the Tesla style.

Is this still available? I have a 2017 Laramie (currently has the 8.4 UConnect) that has the NAV. So I am assuming this unit will connect to factory NAV and all the Laramie options like heated/cooled seat, reverse can, etc.

Also, you mention a microphone. Is that for hands free calling? If so, can the factory hands free be integrated into this unit?

You will not keep your nav. You will need to use google maps or another type of maps program that will need to use a hotspot to work.
