Hey guys, I've looked and haven't found anybody having thus exact issue. Please forgive me if it's been discussed.

I have a 2006 cummins with a 5.9. Just recently I've started having an issue I have 3 codes coming up:
P2509 ECM signal input intermittent

P2609 abnormal voltage from intake heater circuit

P0148 fuel delivery issue.

So I started the truck today and it started right up and died. If I start it and hold the fuel pedal to the ground it will stay alive and idle around 1k then it will jump up to 2k, then finally start acting right. If I stay reved up for a couple minutes she's fine, also if I start warm she's fine. Drives great, idle is sometimes weird, but overall not really any problems. Yesterday my battery was leaking acid and I replace both batteries today, the crossover cable, alternator, and checked for proper voltage while running. It was 14.9 volts. My lift pump is new and the fuel filter has been replaced about a month ago.
I'm hoping I'm not needing an ecu, but it is what it is at this point.
Thanks in advance guys.
