Long story short. I blew the fuse for the left side parking lights last night. In looking for the fuse I noticed the fuse box had fuses labeled as spare. They were scattered throughout the fuse box. I took the 15amp fuse in slot 30 labeled spare and use it. Started the truck up and the e brake, abs and check engine lights was on. Scanned the truck and got code U1120. Before searching for the code I decided to put the fuse back since it did this after taking it out. Well I can report that it was not a spare even though it was labeled that way. When I put it back everything was fine....no lights no codes. So apparently the fuse box is labeled wrong. There were other fuses labeled as spare. Just a word of warning for everyone.
