Fuses under dash on 2013 1500

So, just got a 2013, and the hvac blowers don't run. Fuse in the engine compartment is good, one service manual says there is another power center under the drivers side dash that has a fuse for the blowers. I'm at a loss as to where that thing is. Spent a lot of time wedged under there looking, and I never found it. Any pointers?
