gas syphoning ? locking gas caps?

can someone tell me if gas can be syphoned out of our trucks or is there something in the neck of the gas tank that would block the hose? reason im askin is i think someone might have syphoned off a few gallons. i was between empty and 1/4 tank last night and this morn the fuel light came on and needle barely moved. next question is who has a locking gas cap and where did ya get it? thanks in advance

You should not be able to. The is something in the neck of the gas tank. You can though disconnect the fuel line and slowly drain it that way but that would take a long time.

Here is a OEM Mopar Locking cap that is cheap and then you won't have to worry.

i just gott my locking gas cap at an autoparts store. Been over a year and still working fine.

I'm not sure but it is either a screen or something that does not allow a hose down into the actual tank.
