Gen 5 tow hooks on a gen 4?

Shot in the dark, but does anyone know if the gen 5 tow hooks will mount on a gen 4?

I have a 2017 4x4 express that I want to put factory tow hooks on, but I kinda like the style of the gen 5 better. I’m not worried about the bumper bezels as I will cut the black plastic insert and not install bezels either way. Side by side in pictures they look very similar or the same in shape as far as mounting points, but it’s hard to be sure.

I doubt this has even been asked before, but any insight or answers would be greatly appreciated.

I know this doesn't really answer your question but another option for you would be to get the rebel tow hooks if you can find some. They mount up on any 4th gen 1500.

Thanks for that, appreciate it. I was actually looking at getting some chrome hooks. Not a fan of a lot of chrome(bumpers, grill,etc), but I think it would look good to break up the monochromatic look of the express front end and tie in with the chrome emblem. You gave me a great plan B though, thanks again.
