Going insane!!!!!help

Ok so my husband got this 1995 dodge ram 1500.One day it acted like the tranny was slipping so he changed the tranny and every since then there has been nothing but problems. When the truck is warmed up it dies unless on the gas..Now its haveing a hard time starting..We have changed so many things already and nothing has helped.Every now and then it back fiers like crazy.We have changed fuel rails, altinator.coil cadilatic converter, and the computer..can someone please give me an idea of what to do next..if not then i will smash it into a tree

Have you replaced the o2 sensor? Throttle position sensor? The stalling sounds like a throttle position sensor and the backfiring sounds like o2 sensor possibly. Hard starting could be the In tank fuel pump however, Im willing to bet the 02 sensor is shot

i second the 02 sensor........do you smell any rotten egg smell?
