So I installed a set of ebay projectors a couple of weeks ago and have a question. I tried to search the info but I haven't had any luck.

The new lights have a single H1 bulb. Is there another bulb that will fit this application but have a higher lumen rating? I'm thinking along the lines of the H11 upgrade to the quad housings...

thanks.

I watched this guy on YouTube that really knew his stuff on headlights and he said the most important thing was to stay with the same model light; H1 to H1, and if going from halogen to LEDs or whatever, to match the filament designs so you didn't change the headlight projection display designed to go with your particular headlight. If that makes any sense to you?

I used Putco Ion spark bulbs in my headlights and fogs. They were a direct replacement and are much brighter than stock bulbs. I bought them at a local 4WD shop here in Alberta but I am sure they could be found easily online.
