how many miles on truck, how long has it been going on? Old school still plays, gas, air and spark. If low miles likely not spark, and it looks like you addressed air, so maybe issue with fuel supply. Run a fuel cleaner, have you ran sea foam through vac lines before? How cold is it there? Do they do free cold crank test at tire stores like they do here? Test battery first, see if throttle body is dirty. Just brainstorming.
