Not sure if this is possible (searching hasn't helped much - too many keywords I think). I've got a 2014 2500 CC 6.4, and bought a new trailer last year. The standard drop shank wasn't long enough that came with the equalizer hitch, so I bought the 10" drop (I believe it was 10). Anywho.... Now I have an extra shank, and am looking at buying a drop hitch.
Is there a "thing" I can buy to put on the drop shank and turn it into a drop hitch? Everything I'm coming up with is either a full drop hitch setup, or a replacement WDH head for the shank - neither of which I want. If I can get an adjustable "base" - cool. Otherwise I'll just look at picking up a set drop for my ATV trailer I'm picking up today. Hoping I can at least get it home with the 2" drop I had for my old truck.
