Headlight difference?

Can anyone actually explain the difference between these two sets of projector headlights? The first link says bi-funtion and the other doesn't but I thought they all were bi-function? They look the exact same but one is $200 more.

They are the same functioning, Im not sure the difference in model years but they both use a bi-halogen projector

Then the set I was able to find on the cheap is true to the factory bulb type.
